نقل الأرقام

يتيح لك كلاود توك استخدام أرقام الهاتف الحالية عن طريق نقلها إلى كلاود توك.

يمكن نقل أرقام الهاتف الدولية إلى كلاود توك، أي أرقام جغرافية (محلية)، أو قومية أو هواتف محمولة (انظر جدول النقل في كلاود توك أدناه). يتضمن جدول إمكانية النقل في كلاود توك أدناه البلدان التي يمكنك من خلالها نقل أرقامك، بالإضافة إلى السعر والوقت الذي يستغرقه النقل.

كيفية نقل رقم هاتف

لنقل رقم هاتفك الحالي، تحتاج إلى إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلينا إلى porting@cloudtalk.io بعنوان “طلب نقل” وتزويدنا بالمعلومات والمستندات التالية:

  1. The number(s) that you wish to port in their international format (e.g. +442012345678).
  2. اسم المزود الحالي الذي تريد منا نقل الرقم (الأرقام) منه.
  3. اسم حامل النطاق (قد يكون مختلفًا عن المزود في النقطة 2.).
  4. اسم الشخص، أو الشركة أو المنظمة التي تم تسجيل الرقم (الأرقام) بها.
  5. العنوان الكامل للشخص، أو الشركة أو المؤسسة التي تم تسجيل الرقم (الأرقام) بها.
  6. نسخة من فاتورتك الأخيرة للرقم (الأرقام) الذي تريد منا نقله.
  7. We will check whether the number can be ported and send you the Letter of Authorization (LOA) to fill out, sign and send back to us. After this, we will be able to proceed with your porting request.
