September is here and so are multiple improvements at CloudTalk! We're proud to announce some of the improvements we've worked on over the past month.
Zendesk + CloudTalk Integration
In August, we introduced Zendesk + CloudTalk integration. Here's a brief overview:
- Handle inbound calls with ease, sync call information with your contacts and vice versa.
- Initiate outbound calls with "Click-to-call". Simply click on your contact's phone number and a call is initiated automatically.
- Provide a more personal experience with your contacts by browsing through their previous tickets even before picking up a call.
- Focus on answering customer tickets and make and receive calls without leaving Zendesk.
Thanks to Call Notes any agent can quickly orient in the situation and promptly react without the customer having to repeat his problem, request or the stage of his solution twice.
Assign each call a self-made tag. This labelling will allow you to sort calls into categories and quickly identify what type of call is it.
Here are the other new features we introduced in August: Call transfer, Number porting, Ring on speakers, Shared contacts, Fax to email, After call work.
Pipedrive Integration Update
As we want to constantly improve our CloudTalk + Pipedrive integration, we decided to introduce new features - Log call information to your deals and Multiple Contacts. As these features were requested by many users, we firmly believe that they will improve also your business workflows.
NOTE! Pipedrive integrations update is available from Friday (6.9.2019).
