What you will do:

  • Generate new business opportunities to ensure new customer acquisition (commission based).
  • Lead sales efforts, ranging from initial qualification calls through the sales process (including price negotiation) to closing business.
  • Research relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) and gather key lead information.
  • Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists and develop strategy to close those clients.
  • Engage well with clients over video calls, onboarding sessions, calls, and face to face meetings.
  • Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads. Prepare client briefs and proposals.
  • Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative in your role to grow the business.
  • Represent CloudTalk with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.
  • Highlight CloudTalk's value proposition to raise curiosity and interest.
  • Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to identify relevant leads.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Potential to create and manage your own team.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.
  • High level of English knowledge with excellent written/verbal communication skills. Other language is plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales for software-as-a-service (SaaS) or selling software is big plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and a thirst for learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Knowledge of Telco world is plus.
  • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
