Sous-traitants de CloudTalk

CloudTalk utilise un certain nombre de sous-traitants qui l’aident à assurer les services de CloudTalk. Un sous-traitant est un tiers chargé du traitement des données auquel CloudTalk fait appel et qui a ou aura potentiellement accès aux données personnelles de CloudTalk ou les traitera (nommé, un « sous-traitant »). Cette page contient des informations importantes sur l’identité, la localisation et le rôle de chaque sous-traitant.

CloudTalk choisit soigneusement chaque sous-traitant qui aura ou pourra avoir accès à ses données ou les traiter afin de garantir des pratiques strictes en matière de sécurité, de respect de la vie privée et de confidentialité. Tous nos sous-traitants prennent le RGPD très au sérieux et tous sont conformes au RGPD.

Cloudflare	Content distribution, security, and DNS provider All information (including Service Data) contained in web traffic transmitted to and from the Services is transmitted through Cloudflare’s systems, but Cloudflare does not have access to this information.	USA
Sentry	Error tracking in real-time We use Sentry for error tracking and monitoring of possible crashes in UI. Sentry has access to IP addresses of your agents using CloudTalk, not your customers.	USA
MongoDB	Cloud database service Database storage for part of our data. Network encryption, storage volume encryption, and access control are configured by default.	EU, USA
Intercom	Customer support A point of contact for support purposes and pushing product updates and knowledge to customers. Intercom does not possess any information about your customers.	USA
Confluent	Cloud data messaging service. Personal data is contained in communications (call logs, SMS, contacts, agents) which customers send through CloudTalk's Webhook services.	EU, USA
Sendgrid	Email service provider We use Sendinblue to send emails.	USA
Braintree	Payment provider CloudTalk uses Braintree as a payment provider for all services. We use Braintree Payments to process data - we do not store any cardholder data.	USA
Paypal	Payment provider CloudTalk uses Paypal as a payment provider for all services. We use Braintree Payments in combination with Paypal to process data - we do not store any cardholder data.	USA
Slack	Customer support We use Slack for internal communication.	USA

Hotjar	Analysis and Feedback tool We use Hotjar to capture user interaction to provide better product experience.	EU
