What you will do:
- Work in small team to help our clients get most out of CloudTalk.
- Help clients integrate with CloudTalk via "Out of the box" integrations / API / Webhooks.
- Design UseCases for our clients.
- Implement custom UCs with integration tools like Zapier, Integromat or our own integration platform.
- Analyze CRM / HelpDesk / other tools to propose top quality integrations with high value for customer.
- Solve challenging technical problems and put your skills to the test every day.
- Enhance CloudTalk usability.
- Be involved in decisions on new solutions and features with the Product team.
What we are looking for:
- Delivery orientation - "There's always a way."
- Proactivity and self-sufficiency.
- Understanding of API / Webhooks is a MUST.
- Experience with CRM / HelpDesk tools is a plus.
