CloudTalk Subprocessors

CloudTalk maakt gebruik van enkele subprocessors die assisteren bij het leveren van de diensten van CloudTalk. Een subprocessor is een door CloudTalk ingeschakelde externe gegevensverwerker die toegang heeft of mogelijk zal hebben tot persoonsgegevens van CloudTalk (elk een “Subprocessor”). Deze pagina bevat belangrijke informatie over de identiteit, locatie en rol van elke Subprocessor.

CloudTalk kiest zorgvuldig elke Subprocessor die toegang zal of kan hebben tot onze gegevens of deze zal verwerken om strikte beveiligings-, privacy- en vertrouwelijkheidspraktijken te garanderen. Al onze Subprocessors nemen de GDPR zeer serieus en ze voldoen er allemaal aan.

Cloudflare	Content distribution, security, and DNS provider All information (including Service Data) contained in web traffic transmitted to and from the Services is transmitted through Cloudflare’s systems, but Cloudflare does not have access to this information.	USA
Sentry	Error tracking in real-time We use Sentry for error tracking and monitoring of possible crashes in UI. Sentry has access to IP addresses of your agents using CloudTalk, not your customers.	USA
MongoDB	Cloud database service Database storage for part of our data. Network encryption, storage volume encryption, and access control are configured by default.	EU, USA
Intercom	Customer support A point of contact for support purposes and pushing product updates and knowledge to customers. Intercom does not possess any information about your customers.	USA

Braintree	Payment provider CloudTalk uses Braintree as a payment provider for all services. We use Braintree Payments to process data - we do not store any cardholder data.	USA
