Log in to your
CloudTalk account

Navigate to “Account” – “Settings” – “Business hours” section

Turn on “Business hours” (Holidays too, if needed)

Select the action that should be performed when the customer calls outside of business hours
You can choose from these options: “Voicemail”, “Play sound” or “Play sound and Voicemail”

In section “Voice mailbox”, choose a ring group or a specific agent to whom the voicemail will be assigned

In case you selected “Play sound and Voicemail” in step number 4, you can select one of the messages included in “Welcome Messages”

Navigate to “Chrome Extension Settings” or click “Login” in the extension pop-up

You should now see your logged account in the extension settings

Make sure to switch on “Enable Smart Dialer single-click add?”

Each time the expansion scans a number, you’ll get a suggestion to add it into the Smart Dialer

By accepting the suggestion, you’ll add the number to Smart Dialer queue
