What you will do:

  • Be the main point of contact with our partners and direct the partnership lifecycle: from understanding the partner product strategy and helping drive the integration go-to-market to maintaining ongoing relationships and ultimately generating revenue through direct referrals.
  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners and resellers.
  • Conduct online demos and develop materials necessary to accelerate partner / customer acquisition.
  • Engage integration partners to explore different and innovative strategies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams to generate channel pipeline and partner / customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product team concerning partners' requests for product enhancements.
  • Drive engagement, pipeline, and ultimately revenue through Strategic Partnerships.

What we are looking for:

  • Creative and passionate about partnering; exceptional ability to develop relationships.
  • Tech savvy background with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of our platform.
  • An outgoing and vibrant personality with the ability to network and build strong professional relationships (a great sense of humor helps!).
  • Genuine excitement and curiosity about the SaaS ecosystem and working in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment.
  • Previous experience working in SaaS/technology business development, account management and/or sales is plus.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written/verbal communication skills. Other language is plus.
  • The person who fits into our team and helps us get CloudTalk into the world.
  • Engaged personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
