Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a junior sales professional, who will help us disrupt the business telephony industry and will be a valuable partner for discussion with our prospects and clients. This position is based in Prague or Bratislava.

  •  Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand -off to sales teams
  • Call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage

  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep

  • Salary: 3 components: a) Competitive base salary, b) Company level bonus based on quarterly results and c) Individual bonus based on new monthly recurring revenues.


  • Ability to understand customer needs
  • High level of English knowledge with excellent written/verbal communication skills. Another language is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales/B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and thirsty for learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the Telco world is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single and most important point, even if it’s the last.
