What you will do:
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how CloudTalk can grow their business
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with CloudTalk teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal
- Research key target accounts and contacts
- Identify relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) and gather key lead information.
- Understand the business and the buying cycle of the leads.
- Make some outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to identify relevant leads.
- Book demo and meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in English with excellent written/verbal communication skills. Other language is plus.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable with a business-to-business sales environment.
- Working knowledge of CRMs and a willingness to learn even more
- Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
- Have a positive outlook, growth mindset and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
- Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
- Knowledge of Telco world is plus.
- Experience working with a team
