CloudTalk was founded in 2016 by two business partners, Martin Malych and Viktor Vanek. The company quickly evolved from an embeddable click-to-call widget into a fast-growing AI-powered communication platform for modern businesses.

In a digital age, we aim to improve human interactions by creating a unified ecosystem for customer-facing teams. Therefore, every professional can engage in more productive, meaningful conversations.

Via AI features, we maximize team efficiency, optimize interactions, support customer experience, and drive revenue growth for our clients.

CloudTalk solves challenges for over 5,500 businesses across 100+ countries. Our team consists of more than 140 talented members from across the globe, working both on-site and remotely.
