SMS/Text messaging Send your customers personal messages or general notifications. Choose which contact you are going to send a message to. When having more phone numbers connected to the specific agent, you can choose the number from which the message will be sent. You cannot delete prior messages, so when you want to send a new text to any contact, it is automatically attached to the previous message(s).
Fax ″Fax to Email″ feature allows you to receive fax messages quickly and easily in the form of emails. In the settings, indicate a preferred phone number as the ″fax″ type and link it to an email address of your choice. CloudTalk will do the rest. Intermedia WebFax is a “virtual” or online fax service that allows users to receive and manage faxes from their computer, via the web.

Intermedia’s Dynamic Notification feature allows you to send outbound voice, SMS and email notification. Does not offer desktop notification for agents.
Missed calls CloudTalk can automatically call your customers back. A missed call from a client is registered in the system. It will later dial the customer’s number until she/he is successfully connected with the agent. Via Call history feature, you can see all the past conversations and missed calls while away.
Call redirecting With CloudTalk, you can automatically forward your incoming calls to external mobile or landline phone numbers when agents are busy or unavailable during business hours. Call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number.
