We've become the test subjects of their platform's so called "new features". Tech support send us to our customer rep, and says they'll get back to us in days, not hours.

They did not resolve an issue that I had with my agents, they could not use the CRMs dialer within the website and we had to download an external software for them to be able to take and receive calls.

We are still in the very early stages using the dialer, it takes a while to get used to the features. Would be nice if there was a recording of the meeting so we can revisit it anytime.
