CloudTalk + Gorgias Integration
Log into your CloudTalk account
Click on Account > Integrations in the left sidebar menu
Select Gorgias Integration and click the “+Add” button to install the integration
To connect CloudTalk with Gorgias, you need to fill in the API Username, API key, and Base URL
To find these API details, access your Gorgias account, go to Settings, and click REST API
Here, you will find all the API details you need. Just copy the Base API URL, Username / Email Address, and API key, which you’ll receive right after clicking “Create API key”
Now, the integration is ready and can be customized to your business needs
Click “Save” to activate the integration and enjoy!
