How to integrate Gorgias with CloudTalk?

  1. Ensure you have a CloudTalk Essential plan and admin access for both tools.
  2. Log into your CloudTalk account and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Select Gorgias from the integration list and click + Add Integration.
  4. Sign in to your Gorgias account, navigate to Settings > REST API, and copy your Base API URL.
  5. Paste the API URL into CloudTalk and authorize data access.
  6. Configure your workflow settings, including call logging and ticket synchronization.
