“Aircall’s connectivity was bad, no matter what audio device or wireless network or a 5G network, including in different cities. Call quality was poor, and callers could not hear us. Customer service was slow to confirm this problem and unresponsive when I tried to cancel my account. I had to involve the legal department because my account was not canceled, and I couldn’t remove my payment card.”
