How to Integrate Bullhorn with CloudTalk
- Make sure you have a CloudTalk Essential plan and admin access to both Bullhorn and CloudTalk.
- Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard and go to Account → Integrations.
- Scroll through the list of available integrations, hover over Bullhorn, and click “+” Add.
- You’ll be redirected to Bullhorn’s login page — sign in and authorize the connection.
- After successful authentication, you’ll be returned to CloudTalk.
- Enter a custom Caption and optionally a Contact’s Tag to help identify Bullhorn contacts in CloudTalk.
- Use the Active / Inactive toggle to enable the integration.
- Click Save Settings to finalize and launch the sync.

How to Set Up Calling in Bullhorn
- Make sure the CloudTalk–Bullhorn integration is active and fully configured.
- Install the CloudTalk Click-to-Call browser extension (if not already installed).
- In Bullhorn, navigate to any Client, Candidate, or Lead profile.
- Click on a phone number—this will launch the CloudTalk Phone app with the number pre-filled.
- Begin the call as usual from the app.
- Once the call ends, CloudTalk will automatically log the call in Bullhorn, including:
- Call duration and direction
- Tags and notes
- Call outcome
- Agent name
- Recording link (if enabled)
