IVR and automation feature
CloudTalk offers a number of automation features, such as IVR, the option to design your own call flows, the ACD feature, and several smart routing tools to deliver the best customer experience.
The Automated Receptionist answers incoming calls and allows the caller to select which department or person they wish to speak with.
CloudTalk automatically records phone calls. Once the call ends, you can listen to it directly from your internet browser. Anywhere and anytime. There is no need to replay the whole session. Select only those parts you are interested in.
With the replay feature, you must listen to the whole recording each time you want to hear something you are interested in.
