Ringover Review 2026:
Features, Pricing & User Feedback
Exploring Ringover? Discover what real users say about call quality, features, and support—plus see how CloudTalk compares.
What is Ringover?
Ringover is a cloud-based business communication suite originally founded in 2005 and strategically relaunched in 2018 as a modern Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform. Teams make and receive calls, send SMS, and run video meetings directly through a browser or mobile app.
Its main use case is as a sales acceleration tool for mid-market sales teams and staffing agencies. With the addition of its Cadence sales engagement module and Empower AI conversation intelligence layer, Ringover is best for teams who want to track and improve performance.
For teams with high call volumes and an appetite for AI-powered insights, Ringover offers a compelling package. However, users scaling globally or requiring complex call routing frequently discover limitations in country coverage and mobile app stability that can create friction at scale.
What are Ringover's Key Features?
- Cloud-based calling via browser and mobile app with unlimited calls to 110+ destinations
- AI transcription, call summaries, and sentiment analysis (included in base plans)
- CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zendesk
- Cadence: multi-channel sales outreach automation across phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn
- Empower: conversation intelligence with coaching tools, topic detection, and performance analytics
- AIRO Suite: real-time agent guidance (AIRO Coach), conversational AI for inbound calls (AIRO Voice), and AI sales simulation (Pitch Room)
- Power dialer and local presence dialing (Advanced plan)
What Do Users Say About Ringover?
Based on 500+ verified reviews from G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot
😊 What Users Love
- Exceptional ease of use — teams describe setup as self-serve and ready in minutes with no IT involvement
- AI transcription and call summaries included in base plans, not locked behind expensive add-ons
- Deep ATS integrations with Bullhorn and Avionté make it a strong fit for staffing and recruitment teams
- Cadence's multi-channel sequencing keeps outreach consistent and reduces lead leakage across campaigns
"What I like best about Ringover is how easy it is to use while still offering powerful features. The setup is fast, the interface is clean, and call quality is consistently reliable. The integrations, call analytics, and user management tools make it a very practical solution for day-to-day business operations."
😤 What Users Hate
- Mobile app instability is the most cited complaint — lag, audio sync issues, and frequent re-login prompts disrupt field teams
- Support availability limited to weekdays only, leaving global teams without coverage on evenings and weekends
- Country coverage limited to 65 countries for local numbers, well behind competitors offering 160+ markets
- Cadence and Empower are sold as paid add-ons ($59 and $39/user/month respectively), making total cost of ownership significantly higher than the entry price suggests
- WhatsApp and other channel costs are metered and region-dependent, making budgeting unpredictable
Unstable call qualities. We used it to deal with angry customers, sometimes it makes thing worse because of the call quality.
Ruined some of our sales too. We can only use it to make short calls, calls ended within 1 min. We have other suppliers who are cheaper than Ringover but provide better call quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Ringover cloud-based? Yes. Ringover operates entirely in the cloud using WebRTC technology, meaning calls are made and received through a browser or mobile app without any specialized hardware or on-premise setup required.
Yes. CloudTalk maintains enterprise-grade infrastructure with multi-carrier redundancy, delivering consistently high call quality across 160+ countries. Thousands of businesses rely on CloudTalk for business-critical voice operations every day.
Ringover's Cadence module offers multi-channel sequencing suited to outbound sales workflows. However, teams requiring a true power dialer with automated list management and high daily call volumes may find CloudTalk's AI Dialer a stronger fit for pure outbound performance.
Ringover starts at $21/user/month but total cost rises significantly when adding Cadence ($59/user/month) or Empower ($39/user/month). CloudTalk’s pricing starts at $19/user/month.
Both platforms offer native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zendesk. CloudTalk supports 100+ integrations with real-time, bidirectional sync and automatic ticket creation, while some Ringover users report needing manual reconciliation in complex setups.
Ringover supports multi-level IVR and smart routing. CloudTalk's drag-and-drop Call Flow Designer connects 20+ routing conditions with no caps, making it better suited to support teams with complex, high-volume inbound routing needs.
The most common reasons include greater global number coverage (160+ vs. 65 countries), more reliable mobile and desktop performance, 24/7 expert support, and AI features that don't require separate add-on subscriptions to access.
