How to Integrate Shopify with CloudTalk?
- Make sure you have a CloudTalk Essential plan and admin rights in both CloudTalk and Shopify.
- Log into your CloudTalk Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Account → Integrations.
- Find Shopify in the list of available integrations and click Add Integration.
- Under Shopify Authentication, select New Authentication.
- Follow the setup instructions to create a Custom App in Shopify and generate your API token.
– You’ll need to enable access to customer and order data. - Back in CloudTalk, enter:
– Your Shopify subdomain
– The API access token you just generated - Assign your CloudTalk numbers for calls, SMS, or both.
- Click Submit to complete the integration and start syncing.
