How to Integrate Odoo with CloudTalk?
- Make sure you have a CloudTalk Essential plan and admin access for both CloudTalk and Odoo CRM.
- Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard and go to Settings → Integrations.
- From the list of available integrations, select Odoo and click Add Integration.
- In the authentication window, you’ll be prompted to enter the following details:
– API Key – Generate it in Odoo:
Go to User menu → My Profile / Preferences → Account Security tab → click New API Key.
– Domain URL – This is the URL of your Odoo account.
– API Username – The username of the person authenticating the integration.
– Database Name – Appears in the browser URL before .odoo.com - Configure your integration settings:
– Add a caption (custom label for the integration)
– Set up contact tagging rules - Click Submit to complete the setup and start syncing data between Odoo and CloudTalk.
