What to Share
You don’t need fancy language — just help us understand the before, the CloudTalk moment, and what happened after.
What problem were you facing?
Give context. What wasn’t working before? What pain or friction were you dealing with?
What CloudTalk feature or setup helped?
Tell us exactly what you used and how you used it: Parallel Dialer, Voice Agent, Conversation Intelligence, routing, etc.
What changed as a result?
Include numbers or qualitative wins: more calls booked, less manual work, better team performance, happier customers.
Using CloudTalk’s AI features?
Stories featuring AI Voice Agents, AI Call Scoring, AI Conversation Intelligence, or AI Sales Dialer get extra points and qualify for the main prize — if you’re open to a full video case study.
How Submissions Are Scored
The more complete and concrete your story is, the better your chances to win. We’ll be scoring your stories on:
- Clarity — Is your story easy to follow and understand?
- Specificity — Did you mention the exact CloudTalk feature and explain how you used it?
- Impact — Did something meaningful change as a result?
- AI features — Did you achieve your win using any of the CloudTalk’s AI features?

What can I win and how do the rewards work?
Every valid story earns a €10 gift card (if submitted as written text) or €25 gift card (if submitted as video) as a thank-you for sharing your success. If you share your story publicly on social media and send us a link, you will get additional €15 gift card.
Up to 10 standout stories will receive an extra €50 gift card and be turned into featured case studies on our website and marketing channels.
From those winners, up to three CloudTalk Champions will be selected to receive an additional €150 gift card and a full video case study.
What counts as a valid story?
To qualify for rewards, your story needs to be real and specific. It should include the challenge you faced, the CloudTalk feature you used, and what changed because of it.
Metrics are great if you have them, but qualitative wins like time saved or a happy customer also count.
Entries that are vague, generic, or made up won’t qualify for rewards.
Three to five sentences are enough if you keep it clear and true.
How will CloudTalk use my story?
By submitting your story, you agree that CloudTalk can feature it as a testimonial on our website, social media, or other marketing channels.
This is how we celebrate your win and give your brand visibility.
If you’re selected for a €50 reward or the main price, we’ll also schedule a short follow-up call (15–20 minutes) to turn your story into a full case study. You’ll always get a preview before we publish anything.
How long does it take to enter?
Submitting your story takes just 3–5 minutes. You’ll fill out a simple form, tell us what happened, and optionally upload a screenshot or snippet.
If you extra visibility for your brand, you can also share your story on LinkedIn and tag @CloudTalk with the hashtag #Ring2Win.
Who can participate and when does it close?
Ring2Win is open to all active CloudTalk customers, from individual users to team leads and admins. To keep things fair and highlight a wide range of customer stories, we accept up to three submissions per company per Ring2Win edition. If more stories will be submitted from the same company, they will not be rewarded. Previous Ring2Win participants are welcome to join again, as long as they submit a new and distinct story with a significantly different outcome.
Entries close on February 28th, 2026, and winners will be announced in March 2026.
