  1. Ensure you have a CloudTalk Essential plan or higher and admin access for both CloudTalk and Modjo.
  2. Log into your CloudTalk account, go to Settings > API Keys, and create a new API key.
  3. Copy the Access Key ID and Access Key Secret for integration setup.
  4. Enable call recordings in CloudTalk to ensure calls are captured for analysis.
  5. Log into your Modjo account, navigate to Settings > Integrations, and select CloudTalk.
  6. Enter the Access Key ID and Access Key Secret into Modjo and click Save.
  7. In Modjo’s User Settings, match CloudTalk users to their Modjo profiles using email auto-match.
  8. Start making calls—Modjo will automatically import and analyze conversations every hour.
