- Ensure you have a CloudTalk Essential plan and admin access for both CloudTalk and Workable.
- Log into your CloudTalk dashboard and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Select Workable from the list and click Add Integration.
- Under Workflow Settings, click New Authentication.
- You’ll be prompted to provide:
– Authentication Name (your custom label for this connection)
– Access Token – Generate this in Workable under Settings → Integrations → API Access Tokens
– Subdomain – The first part of your Workable URL - Configure your preferences:
– Assign CloudTalk numbers for calls and SMS
– Define caption and contact tagging rules - Click Submit to finalize the integration.
