More about Natalie

’m a bilingual copywriter and translator with over eight years of experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, AI, and healthcare. Originally from Minnesota (land of 10,000 lakes and even more snow), I now live in Barcelona, where there are decidedly fewer snowdrifts but much better coffee.

I hold a BA in Languages and Literatures and an MA in Translation and Localization, plus certifications in Adobe and Graphic Design. Basically: I’ve been studying up on ways to make complicated things sound clear—and occasionally fun (emphasis on occasionally)—for most of my career.

Before joining CloudTalk, I worked as a Copywriter and Country Manager at Dentaly.org, managing multilingual content projects and localizing strategies for international markets—what a mouthful! After that, I became a Content Editor at GetYourGuide, where I convinced people to book trips to places I was definitely jealous of (I’m looking at you Maldives).

Today, I write for CloudTalk, a SaaS telecom provider that helps sales and support teams talk better with their customers. My focus is on AI, SaaS, customer experience, and sales tech—and see my job as ensuring readers understand how these tools can solve their problems.

I rely on tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to keep my writing grounded in reality. But mostly, I try to cut through marketing jargon, highlight what actually matters, and make SaaS feel a little less…Saas.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: give business leaders, sales managers, and support teams content they can actually use—whether that’s understanding a new AI tool or figuring out how to improve call quality. If I can make it clear, practical, and maybe even enjoyable to read, then I’ve done my job.
