Which Type of Number
Suits Your Business?
Local Number
A local number is a telephone number whose digit structure contains geographic information tying it to a particular city or region.
Before ordering a local number in the UAE, you’ll need to provide several documents and details. If you are a UAE company, this includes your Trade License, Emirates ID, proof of address, and company contact phone number. You’ll also need to explain how the number will be used, the type of calls, proof of prior consent from recipients, and confirm registration in the local Do Not Call Registries.
If you are a non-UAE company, you must provide your Official Business Registration and proof of address, a working website with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the passport or national ID of your legal representative, and the same additional information regarding usage, call nature, consent, call ratio, and Do Not Call Registry registration.
Rates are €0.34 for calls to local fixed lines and €0.29 for calls to local mobiles.
For full details and guidelines, please refer to the Help Center article.
National Number
Unlike local phone numbers, national numbers are not tied to a particular city or region. Pricing for making phone calls from CloudTalk on a national number is the same as it is for our local numbers. Placing calls into a national CloudTalk phone number should incur the same charges as local numbers. However, each carrier around the world determines its own pricing policies.

The cost is €40 per month, with a €40 one-time setup fee. The per-minute inbound rate is €0.65 for UAE companies and €0.32 for non-UAE companies. Activation with the local supplier can take up to 7 weeks. Available toll-free codes for the UAE start with 8000.
If you are a UAE company, you’ll need to provide your company registration, a UAE business address, and a signed Letter of Intent on your company letterhead. For non-UAE companies, only the signed Letter of Intent is required. Business use is mandatory—private use is not permitted.
If you’re a non-UAE company, only the signed Letter of Intent on your company letterhead is required.

Why CloudTalk?
With CloudTalk, you get far more than just a virtual number. You’ll get the infrastructure and support system you need to achieve your most ambitious global growth goals.
Remote working and
geographical flexibility

Improved pick-up rates
for outbound calls
Choosing a local virtual number allows you to provide your clients with services from familiar numbers. When a client sees a local caller ID instead of an unfamiliar foreign number, he or she is more likely to pick up the phone.
Utilize Call Statistics
for Optimization
